Complaints Procedure


In the unlikely event that you feel that we haven’t fulfilled your expectations please use the following complaints procedure:

Stage 1

Always complain ‘on the spot’ if you have the opportunity. If you cannot do this yourself, you may be able to use your minister/officiant or funeral director as your advocate. If you fail to obtain a satisfactory response, move to the next stage.

Stage 2

Contact the Crematorium Manager, by telephone or write to him at the address shown below or via e-mail shown below . He will respond to any official complaint in writing within three working days.
